The urinary system is a combination of different organs that help to eliminate waste from the body, regulate blood volume and blood pressure, control levels of electrolytes and metabolites, and regulate blood pH. The urinary system, also known as the renal system or urinary tract, comprises the kidneys, ureters, bladder, and urethra. 

A urinary tract infection (UTI) is an infection of the urinary system. This type of infection can encompass your urethra (a condition called urethritis), kidneys (a condition called pyelonephritis) or bladder, (a condition called cystitis). Since the urinary system is very delicate, it can be affected due to our lifestyle habits and the things we consume.

These vegetables are also very healthy for the kidney. The vitamin C in them makes urine more acidic, which helps prevent bacteria from growing in the system. Always consume vegetables to keep your urinary system healthy.
