Days you see improvements - write them down while days things go bad – write them down, also write down the reasons for the improvement and the bad days e.g. probably the food you ate or things you did that made the workout effective . After a month's exercise, review your efforts so far and make changes where necessary.

5. Most importantly, make it part of you. See it as a lifestyle change and not something you want to do for a period of time.
