A glass of papaya leaf juice daily can prevent many digestive problems such as constipation and indigestion. Papain is also helpful in healing and preventing stomach ulcers.

6. Skin conditions

Papaya leaf juice has a rich content of vitamin C and A, which would give your skin health a boost. It is suggested to use fresh papaya leaf juice as a moisturiser to open the clogged pores of facial skin. When used on a regular basis (twice a week), it also clears out pimples, acne, and excessive oil from the face.
