Bad breath (halitosis) is a common issue for many people that worsens over time. Gum disease, cavities, malnutrition, dry mouth, lactose intolerance, and other factors may all contribute to a foul mouth odor.

It's crucial to remember that acidic beverages and foods like onions and garlic, as well as coffee and alcohol, can all contribute to bad breath (these are usually temporary which can be treated by brushing regularly).

Directions:

Apples contain pectin, which increases saliva development and absorbs odors, and cinnamon, which acts as an antimicrobial agent, which helps clean the teeth, eliminating plagues and cavities.
