Urinary Tract Infection (UTIs) is an infection that affects any part of the urinary system, such as the kidneys, bladder or urethra. They initially affects the bladder and urethra and then extend to the kidneys when it becomes complicated. These kind of infections are mostly detected in women.

Consumption of certain foods in high amount can cause urinary tract infection. Some of these foods include.

1. Spicy foods

2. Acidic fruits

Consuming acidic fruits regularly can make bladder infection symptoms to degenerate. Fruit can be a healthy diet you should consume, but fruits containing too much of acid can cause irritation to your bladder and complicate your Urinary Tract Infections symptoms.

3. Alcohol

While alcohol does not directly cause Urinary Tract Infections, it can make you more susceptible to the risk of getting the infection, and also make your symptoms to degenerate. Furthermore, using use acohol with medications that treat UTIs makes the infection to get complicated.

4. Salt

Consuming salt in excess may make you to urinate frequently with hypertension and normal blood pressure.
