In other to combat the burdens associated with jobs, mortgages, bills and kids, and to give ourselves a good old-fashioned charge of positivity, it is better to know the great and wonderful benefits of laughing always.
Laughter is a factor of emotional healing. Whenever you start to feel sad, despondent or depressed, make yourself laugh. Remember, your body doesn’t know whether you are laughing spontaneously or are forcing yourself to laugh. The benefit is the same either way!
The good news is that you can make a decision to laugh every day, and as you do, you will rake in so many surprising health benefits of laughter for your spirit, soul and body.
Use the following photos and jokes to laugh away your worries:
11. A group of economists were climbing in the Alps. After several hours they became hopelessly lost. One of them studied the map for some time, turning it up and down, sighting on distant landmarks, consulting his compass, and finally the sun. Finally he said, OK, see that big mountain over there? 'Yes', answered the others eagerly. 'Well, according to the map, we're standing on top of it.'
13. When a village slay queen cooks fried rice and chicken for the first time.
20. David received a parrot for his birthday. This parrot was fully grown with a bad attitude and terrible vocabulary. Every other word was an expletive. Those that weren't expletives were, to say the least, rude. David tried hard to change the bird's attitude. He was constantly saying polite words and playing soft music, he did anything he could think of. Nothing worked.
When he yelled at the bird, the bird got worse. If he shook the bird, the bird got madder and ruder. Finally in a moment of desperation, David put the parrot in the freezer. For a few moments he heard the bird squawking, kicking and screaming and then suddenly, there was quiet.
David was frightened that he might have actually hurt the bird and quickly opened the freezer door. The parrot calmly stepped out onto David's extended arm and said: "I'm sorry that I might have offended you with my language and actions, so I ask for your forgiven ess. I will try to correct my behavior." David was astounded at the bird's change in attitude and was about to ask what had changed him when the parrot continued: "May I ask what the chicken did?" David went into coma immediately.
