What to do after waking up in the morning.


1. SPEAK TO YOUR GOD.

Begin your day with prayer, commit your activities of the day in to your creator, he is your creator.

2. WARM TWO GLASS OF WATER.

It is good to drink water early in the morning, but warm or hot water is preferable, the warm or hot water will cleans your kidney from any toxin, you will feel balance and ready to carry out any activities for the day.

3. BRUSH YOUR TEETH OR WASH YOUR MOUTH.

Brush your teeth for at least, 5minutes, focus on your tongue and make sure you cleans it well to avoid mouth odour, failure to cleans your tongue very when brushing will certainly lead to mouth odour.

4. EAT FRUITS.

Eating fruits before taking meal is good for the body, fruits contains a lots of vitamin, water melon, orange, apple and a lots of numerous fruits build of immune system against any illness to meals.

5. TAKE LIGHT MEAL.

Taking light meal in the morning is good, it won't make you weak or feel tired.
