Asperger's syndrome is a developmental syndrome characterized by difficulty communicating with the environment, repetitive or rigid behavior and the development of unique interests. The syndrome appears mainly in boys, and the causes of the syndrome are apparently genetic.
Unlike autistic people, those suffering from Asperger's syndrome often have intelligence measured by a normal IQ (intelligence quotient) and even more, have a wonderful ability to understand what is being read and learn languages from the age of two ( hyperlexia ), their memory is particularly good and their verbal ability is also normal.
According to Healthline, alterations in the brain are accountable for all ASD diagnoses, but doctors haven’t yet determined exactly what induces these changes.
Many health experts have recognized a few possible factors that might participate to the advancement of autism, encompassing genetics and exposure to environmental toxins, such as chemicals or viruses. Everyone should take note of these factors.
