A medical doctor has listed 6 ways that can reduce the risk of having throat cancer via his official twitter handle. He disclosed that the risk of having throat cancer can be reduced through the followings;

1.Don't smoke
2.You should reduce alcohol intake
3.You need to eat more fruits and vegetables
4. Don't have multiple sex partners
5. Use condoms
6. Ensure you take your HPV vaccine.

According to the medical doctor, points 4, 5, and 6 will reduce your risk of having human papillomavirus which has been implicated in some forms of throat cancer.
