4 Things The Colour Of Your Eye Tells You About Your Health

The eye is one of the most important and vital parts of the body, that helps us see and go about our day to day activities. If anything should go wrong with your eyes, it will be difficult to engage in normal day to day activities such as reading, using the internet, working etc. Apart from using the eyes to see, it should interest you to know that the eyes can also tell somethings about your body. For the purpose of this article, we are going to be looking at some of the things the eyes can tell you about your body.

What Your Eye Colour Says About Your Body:

a) Light eyed women can withstand pain better: according to a research that was done by American Pain Society in 2014, women with light eyes may actually be able to withstand or tolerate higher level of pain or discomfort. It should also interest you to know that women with light eyes.

b) Red Eyes: if you notice that you eyes are becoming red, especially the white part of your eyes, accompanied with regular itching, it could be a sign that you have an untreated allergy.

c) Yellow Eyes: if you notice that your eyes have begun to change to yellow, it could be an indication that you are having liver problems. Make sure to see a doctor if the yellowness in your eyes refuse to go away.

d) One eye changing colour: if you notice that one part of your eyes have recently started changing, it could be as a result of inherited diseases such as neurofibromatosis, which can lead to nerve tissue tumours, which could involve deafness or pale skin. So, if you have noticed that one part of your eye have begun to change colour, it is advisable for you to see a doctor immediately.
