Shisha is one of the most rampant smokes among youth. It is one of the most underestimated smokes when it comes to how harmful it is. Shisha is what comes out of a pipe from what is known as Hookah. A Hookah is a water pipe with a smoke chamber and a bowl. Shisha has different flavours.

My friend would always tell me that Smoking shisha is less dangerous than smoking cigarettes. Out of curiosity decided to find out more about Shisha and here is the powerful fact I noted about the smoke.

1) Shisha is not in any way less dangerous to human health to cigarette

Yes. In fact, both of them alike birds flocked together. But I come to notice that shisha kills more than Cigarette does.

2) The duration of time it takes to smoke Shisha is more than that of Cigarette 

It takes like 1-hour taking shisha before you could finish the flavor. But it takes like 10-15 minutes to finish a cigarette. According to research carried out by World Health Organization the volume of smoke inhaled in an hour-long shisha session is estimated to be the equivalent of smoking between 100 and 200 cigarettes.

3) Smoking Shisha is as addictive as smoking cigarettes

Many shisha smokers believe that it's not addictive but it is. Shisha is made in different flavours like Apple, strawberry which makes it quite addictive. And it contains nicotine just like cigarettes which makes it addictive.

4) Shisha Smokers are likely to inhale more Uranium than their body could handle

One of the harmful chemicals contained in shisha is uranium. Uranium is a silvery-white metallic chemical element in the periodic table, with atomic number 92. 

Shisha smokers are likely to take more of this chemical than the body could take when inhaling shisha.
