Oysters are rich source of zinc, with six medium-sized oysters providing around 32mg of zinc, which is more than the daily recommended amount for men. Other shellfish like crab and lobster are also good sources of zinc.

Beef is another good source of zinc. A 3-ounce serving of beef provides about 4.5mg of zinc. Other meats like pork and chicken also contain zinc, but not in as high amounts as beef.
