Disease prevention and treatment

Staphylococcus aureus is not an STI or toilet infection, this is the cause

Staphylococcus Aureus is a microorganism that lives almost everywhere and on anything. Some even live inside the body and are unharmful.

Treatment are given when they pose a threat or cause problems like illnesses.

However, if a person undergoes some examinations and a treatment becomes necessary but the individual is not responding to conventional treatment, then other stringent therapy are applied.

Now, what causes this Staphylococcus

Staphylococcus aureus is a bacteria that inhabits every human body. This is an organism which is on practically anything including your skin and some part of the intestine and genitals. It has always been in the body and as such does not have a specific causative organism.

Fortunately, this bacteria can cause certain diseases in the skin(boil), bone, nose, etc. It can also lead to food poisoning. In very rare cases, it can result in blood infection called toxic shock syndrome or even an abscess(pus) in the brain.

They can only cause a problem where there is a particular strain or the defense of the body is down.

It is important to note that Staphylococcus infection is not a sexually transmitted infection, as most people conceive it to be; although it can be passed through skin contact.

So, Staphylococcus aureus is actually a bacteria, and not an infection. Its presence in the body does not necessarily mean that a person has the infection.

Relatedly, some people refer to Staphylococcus aureus as a toilet infection. This is also a wrong and an ambiguous term. Toilet infections can be caused by a variety of conditions/organisms. In the case of Staphylococcus, it is very unlikely.

Additional information:

When a person shows symptoms like: Itchy genitals, painful and frequent urination, it is not staphylococcus aureus infection.

The condition can most likely be urinary tract infection unless proven otherwise.

Be mindful of the numerous herbal medicines you consume from the roadside vendors as cure for Staphylococcus aureus. Appropriately, visit a Medical Doctor and if you are diagnosed of having Staphylococci infection, then stick to the prescription given by the Doctor.

The reason is this, in most cases, after taking those cheap medicines from roadside vendors, the symptoms of the infection may subsidize but after some time, the disease reoccur.

Another point to note is that excess consumption of inadequate drugs, harm some if the internal organs like the liver and kidney. With time, these organs begin deteriorating and facing some health implications.

Therefore, make the wise pick, Visit an approved Health centre for diagnosis and treatment.
