7. THE LIVER:

Is harmed when you eat weighty seared food, garbage and expensive food.

8. THE HEART:

Is harmed when you eat your dinner with more salt and cholesterol.

9. THE PANCREAS:

Is harmed when you eat sweet things on the aspect of delicious and openly accessible.

10. THE EYES:

are harmed when you work in the light of cell phone and PC screen in the dull.

11. THE BRAIN

Is harmed when you begin thinking nagative contemplations.
