Healthline says that eggs are one of the healthiest foods for the body. Eggs are a popular, healthy food that are full of vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, fat, and protein. Because of this, we should all drink it often.

The amount of cholesterol in eggs is one reason why so many people question how many they should eat every day. Eggs have more cholesterol than a lot of other foods. Even so, they are full of helpful bioactive compounds and other nutrients that fight disease. Because of this, it should only be used in small amounts.

Some research shows that 1–2 eggs a day is safe for an adult who is healthy, has normal cholesterol levels, and doesn't have a lot of risk factors for heart disease. It might even be good for your health and heart. So, it is good for you to eat one or two eggs every day.
