1. Contains Omega 3 fatty acids

Walnuts are good sources of omega 3 fatty acids. Omega 3 fatty are more abundant in oily fishes like sardines, salmon, mackerel etc. Consuming fishes today is something for those who are particularly buoyant financially as prices of fishes have presently spiked. Consuming walnuts can have you get the benefits of omega 3.

2. Protecting your heart

Alpha linoleic acid is the type of omega 3 group of fatty acids provided by walnuts. Eating walnuts everyday can provide your body with the required servings of omega 3.
