However, Gyming is a great way to keep a body fit and is on the list of daily routines of a lot of people because most people think that the only way to get fit and stay healthy is to gym, even though, is not the only way we can keep fit........

Below are the side effects of gyming and their remedies 👇


Body aching

Body aches can be caused by your everyday life, especially if you stand, walk, or gym for a long period of time......

Remedies :

• Resting the area of the body where you are experiencing the aches......

• Taking a pain relieve tablets, such as

"ibuprofen" after gyming......

• Applying ice to the affected area to help relieve pain and reduce inflammation.......

Arthritis

This happens when your joints become inflamed, which can be caused by the breaking down of your joints around the cartilage......

Remedy :

• Take Analgesic, steroid.....

Dehydration
