4. Alcohol: Research has shown that booze irritates and can even damage your digestive tract. It can make ulcers worse.

5. Milk: Before the doctors always prescribe milk for an ulcer patients long run they get to know that it promote the acids in the stomach which will lead to more pain.

 Best food you can eat as an ulcer patient's

1. Red bell peppers: it is rich in vitamin c, and one the work of vitamin is plays the role of antibodies. When an ulcer patient's takes in this food, it helped to heal the wound.

2. Sweet potatoes: It highly rich in vitamins A, the food helps to shrink the stomach and also prevent any form of injury. Other foods that are rich in vitamins A are spinach, carrots, cantaloupe, and beef liver.

3. Fiber Rich Foods: The more you ate fiber food, the more you lower the acidity of your stomach and also eased bloating and pain. e.g apples, pears, oatmeal.

4. Foods With Pro biotics: Pro biotics is also another best foods to eat e.g yogurt, miso, kimchi, sauerkraut, kombucha.
