Farting or gasing can be very embarrassing in public mostly when it holds you either in a public area, in a bus or anywhere aside your home. 3. Extremely stinky farts
If you’re passing out this type of gas which is simply unbearable, it can be that there is an underlying intestinal health issue your body is experiencing. However, in order to see what your body can’t take, try taking various foods to see if your farts are extremely still stinky. Maybe for instance, if you taking dairy often causes you to pass out unbearable smelling farts, then it's a clear indication that your body could be suffering from "lactose intolerant".
4. Frequent farts
If you find yourself in this case, farting more than the advised 5 to 10 times a day, then it could mean that you’re suffering from excessive gas and bloating which often leads to discomfort. It can also be an indications of a food allergy either in meals and the ingredients that are involved such as cheese, milk, nuts or gluten. Consider seeing a doctor if this farting continues.
