See reactions as little boy recycles plastic containers to fine hats

Creativity is the freest form of self-expression. There is nothing more satisfying and fulfilling for children than to be able to express themselves openly and without judgment. The ability to be creative, to create something from personal feelings and experiences, can reflect and nurture children's emotional health.

Being creative helps you become a better problem solver in all areas of your life and work. Creativity helps you see things differently and better deal with uncertainty. Studies show that creative people are better able to live with uncertainty because they can adapt their thinking to allow for the flow of the unknown.

The Nigerian child has never relented on showing us zeal and curiosity to learn and do more. The Benue Twitter community have shown another small boy who has put on his create cap to make a hat out of Insecticide plastic.

" These beautiful hats are made by a 14 year old named Kashater in Makurdi. He uses plastic to make them. Using his Creativity to also help fight plastic pollution.

What a talent!"

Accolades are already flying in for the young lad, you can see for yourself

His raw materials are waste plastic containers, thus filling the profile of a recycling effort.

If this boy at this tender age can recycle a plastic into a fine finished hat, then his future is already headed positively. If such talent can be nutured, invested in and groomed, then the future is promising for Benue and beyond. Unfortunately, the nation we live in does not take necessary cognisance to such matters, efforts made by the government to groom more of these works always end up in a sham.

Dear readers, we cannot fold up and wait for the government to put in all the pieces for us as well, you can also be the change, you can also make a difference by encouraging these talented children financially and otherwise. I know and believe there are NGOs out there that hunt for these kind of rare gems, link them up to this upcoming generation. You can be our beacon of hope.

Leave a word of appreciation for this young boy in the comment section below. Don't forget to share, like and Follow VERSH for more trends.
