1. Increase Your intake of Tomatoes/Red fruits

Do you know that some fruits like tomatoes, watermelon, and other red fruits are the source of powerful antioxidants named lycopene?

2. Know the value of the fruits and veggies 

The health benefits of fruits and vegetables are numerous. However, fruits are the right ones to consume when you desire more nutrients and vitamins, which is highly necessary for preventing prostate cancer.

Also, green vegetables consist of the compounds which are required for your body to fight against cancer-causing agents called carcinogens.

3. Avoid consuming unhealthy fat 

Animal fat is not only present in meat but is also present in some food items like lard, cheese, and butter. For your health, it is the best option to replace animal fat with plant fat.

4. Avoid smoking.
