The eyes is the organ responsible for seeing in the body and it would need a lot of vitamin A nutrient to function properly. These days, most people go through difficulty in their vision and eyesight even before proper old age starts approaching.

Apart from the fact that they contain the almighty omega-3 fatty acids, they also contain fat soluble vitamins likes Vitamin D and Vitamin A. Examples of oily fishes are tunas, sardines, mackerel and salmon. They are very eye-friendly and nutritious to the body as well. 


Milk is very great source of vitamin A and D plus. Sadly, most people are not fans of drinking milk solely, except when its being paired with chocolate and others for tea. Milk is definitely one of the most healthy liquid in the world as well.


Carrots is a very healthy type of vegetable that contains enough vitamin A nutrient. In fact, it is one of the richest sources of Vitamin A in the world.
