Food will be Distribute to People in Their Homes - Kaduna Government After The State of emergency

The Kaduna State Government has announced that it has purchased food products to distribute to the people of the state in an effort to alleviate hunger while staying for safety in their homes under the state of emergency by the state government .

The Deputy Governor of the state, Hadiza Balarabe, who announced this on Thursday, said they had made the decision looking at the unpleasant situation people might encounter .

According to her, the special task force have met and discussed the drastic effect of the disease in other states and abroad.

She said: "As noted in our previous statement, the government is purchasing food and other essentials for the relief of people who are struggling to live at home."

"These products will be distributed among the counties by local councils. This is a community project because local people will be selected for distribution to their community."
