Therefore, it is very important to get a regular body checkups and screenings because your visit to a doctor's office for body checkups and screenings will help you stay healthy and spot signs of serious disease early.

Don't ignore any warning Signs your body is trying to send to you. When you notice any of these signs consider getting your health test done.

The followings are the ordinary health problems men should never ignore.

1) Unusual lumps in the testicles

Visit a doctor, when you notice any lumps around your genitals or testes or swelling in other parts of your body.

2) Swollen or stiff joints

You may think you are experiencing stiff or swollen joints due the work you did, it could be an indicator of a bigger health problems.

3) Trouble Remembering Things

Anyone can forget where they put their car key or remote, it's normal. But, one thing isn't normal, forgetting what your car key or remote is used for.

4) Chest Discomfort whenever you do anything physical or severe chest pain.

Snoring doesn't just keep your partner awake. It can lead to a serious medical problems if left untreated.

9) Chronic Fatigue

Feeling exhausted after a long day is normal. But, feeling tired all the time isn't normal.

10) Unplanned weight loss

If you lose weight and you are not sure why it happened, it could be a cause for concern. See a doctor immediately.
