Sometimes, for explainable and redeemable reasons and other times for unexplainable and irredeemable reasons things go wrong in pregnancy but whatever be the situation always remember God is with you to see you through, as long as you are His child, you will definitely have a testimony.

If you notice any of the signs listed below in pregnancy then visit your doctor immediately.

These are the eight {8} abnormal signs in pregnancy.

1. Ectopic Pregnancy: This is pregnancy implanted outside the uterus, instead of reaching and implanting into lining of the uterus. This can lead to severe pain or slight bleeding, if this occurs, consult your doctor immediately.

2. Threatened Abortion: The bleeding is usually a slight of blood, which may or may not be followed by moderate discharge of blood from the vagina occurring anytime in the first half of pregnancy.

3. Inevitable Miscarriage: During Inevitable miscarriage the women looses a fair amount of blood, have pain in her lower abdomen and may see pieces of tissues being expelled. This is not due to what you're supposed to have done or what you did not do or what you eat or did not eat, it is due to no fault of yours, one of the explanations proffered by medicine is that nature decided to get rid of an improperly formed foetus.

4. Late Miscarriage: Bleeding in the second half of pregnancy this may be due to cervical incompetence or if the cervix also known as neck of the womb ios weak or placenta priviia, this is, when the placenta is placed before the baby at the lower abdomen, instead of being placed above the uterus.

5. Rupture of the Membranes: When the membrane ruptures, it begins to drain its liquor {Water}, this is dangerous to the baby because the baby lives in water, micro organisms can enter and affect the health of the baby or the baby may die. If you start seeing water, that is frequent passages of urine, go and see your doctor immediately. If the baby is termed, labour will be induced or a caesarian section, to save the life of the baby,

6. High Blood Pressure: If it is detected and treated early complications are avoided but if the disease is allowed to progress protein may appear in the urine, legs may be swollen { ensure you rest your leg on a pillow and reduce your salt intake}.

7. Fever: Fever is dangerous in pregnancy. It destroys your blood cells and affects the baby negatively and if not adequately taken care of, the baby can die, ensure your blood level is checked regurlarly, make sure you sleep under insecticide treated net to prevent mosquito bite which causes fever.

8. Cramps: This can be due to inadequate rest, bad sitting position, or lack of calcium, try eating fish and taking a lot of milk.
