21 bitter kola
Handful of Phyllantus Amarus
PREPARATION:
1.) Grind the bitter kola
2.) Grind the Phyllantus amarus
3.) Mix thoroughly the grinded items with the honey.
USAGE:
Take 3 tablespoons in the morning and evening.

Get fresh Mormodica charantia, Ejinrin in Yoruba and Fresh Bitter leaves like #200 each, blend them with liter of dry gin, take 50mls once daily. Then, get Camwood (osun pupa ) and mix it with palm kernel oil, rub this at bed times.
