Smoking is good for your lungs or heart. But it is also not good for kidneys too. People who smoke are most likely to have protein in the urine- a sign of kidney damage.
3. Sitting still for too long.
Sitting for a long period of time has been linked to the development of kidney diseases.
It is known that greater physical activities is associated with improved blood pressure and glucose metabolism.
