Having a well-toned butt is one wish for almost every lady I have trained. We all want a super-toned butt, don’t we? After all, it gives a perfect and super cool look. But the big question we should ask is how can we achieve that.
With thousands of workout routines to help achieve this goal, there are few I have listed out to help us achieve this goal. But first of all, it is essential to consume a healthy diet before training. Not only does it help to add definition to your butt, but reduces lower back and knee pain, improves your posture, and enhances agility.
After a well-planned healthy diet, here are specific exercises you can do to lift your butt.
1. Glute bridges
This particular exercise works for people who have different fitness levels. You can do this exercise either with the help of a dumbbell or without any equipment. Finally, it helps to warm up your glute muscles for other exercises.

2. Frog pumps
I believe hearing or reading the word frog jump must seem like punishment done in schools. However, this exercise works well to activate your glutes, whether it is at the beginning or end of a workout.
To achieve this particular routine, lie on your back with your knees facing out. Make sure to keep the soles of your feet together with your arms are on your side. Squeeze your glutes and lift your hips off the ground lowering them down in a repeated position.

3. Leg kickbacks
You can try leg kickbacks to tone your butt. This exercise is essential to enhance your agility, and range of motion. It also works to strengthen your core and lower back.
To achieve this, lift your right knee off the ground. Push your right heel backward, and straighten your leg. Do not rotate your hips or shoulders.
So after carefully reading through it, what do you think about this? Please do well to drop your answers and share your opinion in the comment section below let's discuss.
