Why You Should Not Eat Banana Alone on An Empty Stomach

Bananas are yummy fruits, found in the same family with plantains. Usually yellow and soft when ripe, the unripe versions are often green and hard. This fruit is blessed with some natural sugar as well as some nutrients.

Potassium which is among the major minerals found in banana helps the kidneys to filter toxins out of our blood among other functions. Banana is also a rich source of magnesium.
