One mistake that most people who are overweight tend to do is in their choice of what, when, and how to eat, and these are usually the reasons why they tend to add more and more weight.

However, it is very important that people who are overweight check what they eat, especially foods that puts them at the risk of health issues like diabetes, heart problems...e.t.c

Below are 3 kind of foods that you should do well to avoid if you're overweight.

1. Sugary Foods

This includes sodas, sweets, biscuits and cookies. These foods are very full with unhealthy calories, and they will make you add more weight, which can in turn be detrimental to your health.

2. Pasta And Baked Foods


This includes cakes, bread, rice, spaghetti..e.t.c. These foods are not bad when eaten in small quantities, but being very addictive, most people who are overweight are prone to overindulging in them, and adding even more weight. This can cause a lot of health issues like high blood pressure, and even heart conditions.

3. Processed Foods

This includes foods like indomie, hamburgers, sausage, etc, and if you're trying to lose weight, or you're already overweight, it's a bad idea to be eating any of these foods.
