A lot of people find it difficult to defecate because they are constipated. Constipation make it difficult to defecate as a result of low or reduced bowel movements. Some of the factors that may cause constipation are:

1. Dehydration or not drinking enough water.

3. Eating heavy meals late at night and so on.
