A high metabolism is what keeps those slender people we know the same, even though they eat double of what we fatties eat.

Yes, I'm also working on my size and these seem to be working for me.

I take them alone, in tea and also in foods.

These super foods are;

1. Grape

This can be eaten alone, or made as Juice/smoothie with other fruits.


2. Garlic

Garlic is the definition of multipurpose. It can be used as a spice in all foods, in teas/drinks and even sliced and chewed(this takes a person of courage lol).


3. Ginger

Similar to Garlic in use. It is loved because of its aromatic smell, even though it is hot.


4.Lemon

Down to it's skin, Lemon is useful all-round. Apart from being used in Teas and drink, it is a very nice addition to the traditional "Agbo" that contains other body-transforming ingredients.
