Bison is meat from Buffalo. Buffalo look like cow but it's meat is leaner than that of cow. It contains less fats. So it is a good meat for people seeking to reduce their weight.

5. Pork.

Pork have a bad wrap for being a fatty meat but there are are pork chops that are lean. Such lean portions have no dangerous effect on your weight. Examples of lean portions of pork includes port tenderloins, and sirloin chops.

6. Beef.

Beef refers to cow meat, even though it has a bad wrap as a bad meat that contains saturated fats,there are lean portions in beef that may cause no harm to people seeking to reduce their weight.

These portions are beef tenderloin and sirloin steaks. They are normally found at the back of the animal and are normally pale and soft. They do not contain dangerous fats.

All the portions that contains the name' loin' and 'round' in it's name and the brisket are lean and would not cause a weight increase if taken in moderation.
