Eye exercises you should be doing regularly to help focus your eyes and strengthen your eye muscle.

There are some eye exercises you should be doing due to their various health benefits to your vision. These exercises could help strengthen your eye muscle and enhance focus. A verified health site WebMD shared the different eye exercises that are beneficial to your eyes.

Below are them.

1. The 20-20-20 rule. 

In this type of exercise, you will try to focus on something far away from you. A break should be taken every 20 minutes for you focus your eyes on something that is 20 feet away from you for 20 seconds.

2. Blink break.

In this exercise you have to try and blink at a lesser rate when focusing on a screen. Whenever you notice dry eyes or headache, stop and blink normally.

3.Palms for relaxation.

Try and keep your palms in a position to cover your eyes gently until everything is now dark. You this for about 30 seconds with zero pressure on your eyes as it will help increase your focus.

4. Figure eight.

Imagine that number 8 is drawn for you and place about 10 feet away from you. Try and sketch the number with your eyes as it help strengthen your eye muscle.

5. Roll your eyes.

Here you will try to look left and roghy without moving your head. You will have to look up and down several times to improve your focus.
