There is no doubt that a lot of people despise lemon. As much as many people like ripe oranges, they regard and treat lemon as the opposite. But lemon has a lot of benefits to the body. Some of which we cannot even gain from eating just oranges.
Lemon is rich in Antioxidants, vitamin C and other minerals. It helps in preventing kidney stones, promote the body against damage from sun light and aids weight loss. It is a compulsory food a person should try adding to their diet from time to time.
Lime is just like Lemon and is despised by a lot of people. Although most researches talk about the health benefits you gain by taking lime and it's water too, just a few people follow this because they are either scared of the taste or always feel like vomiting when they take it.

Garlic is a herb that a lot of people despise a lot. According to some testimony from people it has an awful smell and also tastes really bad. This awkward disadvantage of garlic makes it to be despised
