2 Ways FG Can Stop The Ongoing Protest Over An Alleged Assault By Police On A Truck Driver In Yola

According to a report from Peoples Gazette, Truck drivers barricaded the Yola-Gombe highway on Thursday in protest to an assault by police officers on the road, causing much hardship to other travellers.

Yusuf Haruna, a leader of the truck drivers union in Adamawa said the drivers took the decision after police officers physically assaulted one of their members who denied them a bribe.
