The Attorney General of the Federation, Abubakar Malami, today, Friday claimed that the leader of the proscribed Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, Mazi Nnamdi, hijacked the EndSARS protest which happened last year.
Speaking further, the AGF stated that the IPOB leader seized the protest through subversive and inciting statements.
Malami made this disclosure during a press conference in his office today, stating it clearly that the IPOB leader has been at the centre of a subversive campaign against the Nigerian state.
That is a good one from the AGF, Abubakar Malami. But as for me, I really don't think that this media trial is going to help us. If AGF, Abubakar Malami is very sure that the IPOB leader, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu hijacked the EndSARS protest, he should charge him and allow the court to decide.
