Edo 2020: I Didn't Receive Any Congratulatory Letter From Oshiomhole And Ize-Iyamu - Obaseki

Edo State Governor, Godwin Obaseki, has denied receiving congratulatory letters from Adams Oshiomhole, and Pastor Ize-Iyamu after the Supreme Court dismissed the certificate forgery suit filed against him by the All Progressives Congress (APC).

Obaseki, who spoke to his supporters along Ring Road, Benin, on Tuesday, said if he was to receive a congratulatory message from the former national chairman of the All Progressive Congress, Comerade Adams Oshiomole and the APC gubernatorial candidate, Pastor Ize-Iyamu, then it should be written directly to him and not shared on the social media.

He noted that, if the authors were serious about congratulating him, they would have “printed the messages on letterhead papers with their signatures on them, rather than posting it on the internet.”

What's your thoughts on this?

Do you think Obaseki is asking too much for saying Adams Oshiomole and Pastor Ize-Iyamu should print their congratulatory messages on letter headed papers if they really meant it?
