The allegations and court case against Baba Ijesha have been going on for some weeks now.
The court that granted him bail maintains that one of Baba Ijesha's guarantors have to be a blood relative.
His guarantor must be someone who also lives in Lagos state, must also possess a 3-year tax clearance certificate for now and a credible birth certificate.
His guarantor must have signed a financial contract of 1 million naira. His second guarantor must be someone who works as a legal professional and the legal documents must be legitimate.
Baba Ijesha was only given seven days to provide all the requirements needed for his bail.
Despite the fact that he was released today by Justice Babatunde Ogala (Senior Advocate of Nigeria), he must provide a written agreement to assure the court that he will fulfill all of the agreed-upon responsibilities.
Baba Ijesha's trial has been adjourned to take place from the 26 to the 28th of July, so that his case will be opened against him.
