Following the arrest of the Self-acclaimed Yoruba activist, Sunday Adeyemo Igboho, popularly known as Sunday Igboho, a lot of people have given their opinions and view towards the arrest.
Moreover, the Olubadan of Ibadan land, Saliu Adetunji, has also reacted to the arrest of Igboho on Sunday, while exchanging views with leaders of the central council of Ibadan Indigenes (CCII), led by the president- general, Yemisi Adeaga.
The Olubadan has allegedly said on Sunday that the Ibadan traditional institutions will do all things within their powers to protect Sunday Igboho who has been detained in the republic after the higher authorities declared him wanted.
In addition, Olubadan said Sunday Igboho got married in Ibadan, lives together with his family in Ibadan, and built his house in Ibadan, as such, Olubadan said Igboho has the right to be protected by traditional institutions within the ambit of the law.
