IPOB Leader, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu Pleads Not Guilty To 7-Count Of Charges Against Him

Mazi Nnamdi Kanu Pleads ‘Not Guilty’ To Seven-Count Charge Of Terrorism, felony, and insult on the person of the president of Nigeria.

The leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, appeared before the federal high court to face 7-count charges against him.

According to a report, the Federal Government and the Department of State Service recently updated the charges earlier filed against the leader of IPOB, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu.

The seven charges against Mazi Nnamdi Kanu are bothering on treasonable felony, terrorism, and demeaning of the president of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, Muhammadu Buhari.

The court session on Thursday, 21st October 2021, commenced at 10:00 am.

Mazi Nnamdi Kanu pleaded not guilty to all the charges against him after it was read to him.

The hearing was adjourned to 10th November 2021.
