Governor Godwin Obaseki of Edo State has taunted previous public director of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Adams Oshiomhole and his adversary Pastor Osagie Ize-Iyamu, over the salutary messages shipped off him on Monday.
Oshiomhole and Ize-Iyamu had sent complimentary messages to Obaseki on Monday, following the Supreme Court judgment on Friday.
Obaseki who blamed the complimentary messages while tending to a huge horde of allies at the Ring Road in Benin, asked why they basically sent the messages to him through the web.
He noticed that if the resistance chiefs were truly genuine about their salutary messages, they ought to have printed them on their letter-headed papers, with their marks on them, as opposed to posting it on the web.
The occasion was coordinated to commend his triumph at the Supreme Court last Friday. "The APC in Abuja is being run very much like what they did in Edo when they were in power in Edo state.
As per him, "Edo won't ever succumb to such modest messages called complimentary letter. They are not genuine. Na today we do political decision, na today we win? They are loaded with stunts.
