Governor of Kogi State & Cross River State sends serious warning to those planning June 12 protests

The Governor of Kogi State, Yahaya Bello, and the Governor of Cross River State, Ben Ayade have warned that their administrations and Government will not tolerate any protests on June 12.

Governor Yahaya Bello and Governor Ben Ayade disclosed this in a separate statement after a civil organization announced that they will stage a protest across the country concerning human rights and transparency in governance.

In a statement, Governor Yahaya Bello warned that any Nigerian caught protesting on June 12 will have themselves to blame, adding that parents should advise their kids to prevent them from falling prey to the agent of destabilization in the country.

On the same note, Ben Ayade, the Governor of Cross River State, warned that students and youth who attempt any protests on June 12 will have themselves to blame as no protest of any kind will be allowed in the state.
