Th crisis between Precious Chikwendu, and her Ex-husband, Femi Fani-Kayode, has taken an intriguing measurement with a major rights implementation documented by her at a Federal High Court in Abuja.
The offended party was demanding the sum of N800m as compensation for damages in the suit recorded against Fani-Kayode, Inspector-General of Police, his officers and men.
Different respondents were the Deputy Inspector-General of Police, Force CID, Commissioner of Police, FCT, CSP James Idachaba (OC Legal CID), FCT Command.
Precious Chikwendu said she was requesting the said sum on account of the jobs of the respondents in scaring and annoying her during the pendency of her care suit.
Specifically, Chikwendu, in the suit filed by her lawyer, Abdul-Aziz Jimoh, asked the court to abstain the IGP, his officers and his men also from intimidating and harassing her in any form,
Pending the hearing and determination of her suit seeking the custody of her four children for Fani-Kayode.
The candidate is likewise requesting a request upholding her major basic freedoms as she was worried of an impending infringement of such rights in actualisation of dangers to her life by Fani-Kayode.
She also added the casual and refusal of the principal, second and third respondents (IGP, DIG Force CID and CP FCT) to explore her veritable petitions of danger to life against the fifth respondent (Fani-Kayode).
Chikwendu looked for an affirmation that she was not bound to honor the invitation of the 1st to 4th respondents in relation to a purported conspiracy and forgery of court records during the pendency of suit number CV/372/2021 between her and the 5th respondent.
