Amidst the demonstrations ongoing across many regions in Nigeria in commemoration of the first anniversary of last year's #EndSARS protest, Kemi Olunloyo has advised the protesters. Several reports claim some of the EndSARS protesters were shot and killed by the Nigerian Army during the protest last year. Although the army already denied this allegation, the protesters stand on their claim as they have planned to hold memorial protests in honour of the victims.
Kemi Olunloyo has however advised the protesters to stop protesting. On her verified Twitter page, the controversial investigative journalist who has the refuted the Lekki massacre claim several times said:
‘Stop protesting, SARS has ended. Focus on choosing your next leaders and voting others out. Leave the propaganda and find a job. Make money and don't listen to people telling you to sit at home.’
What do you think about Kemi Olunloyo's suggestion to the protesters?
