The Minister of Information and culture, Lai Mohammed has revealed that no evidence of dead casualty was recorded during the Tollgate incident in October 2020.
Some Nigerian youths have decided to carry out a protest in memory of the event that took place at the Lekki Tollgate on 20th October 2020.
The anniversary of the protest was carried out on 20 October 2021
The Minister of information, Lai Mohammed reveals that there was no death casualties at the event.
He went further to reveal that A test was carried out on the bullets used by military men which vindicated that they didn't kill anybody as they said.
Lai Mohammed went further to encourage the federal government and the state government to pay sum amount of money to the families of the victim of Lekki tollgate.
He added that the CNN broadcasting platform and his cliques that depicted dead casualties at the lekki tollgate should beg for forgives for perpetrating fake news.
