Today, August 4th, 2021, information about the court case involving the suspected kidnapper, Evans was revealed.
If you recall, Evans was said to have masterminded several kidnapping operations across the country. He was finally apprehended in his Magodo house on June 10th, 2017.
According to Instablog, he mentioned in court on Tuesday that his name was not Evans.
In the report, he was identified by his real name, Chukwudimeme Onwuamadike.

He also denied being a kidnapper; an allegation levied against him by the Lagos State Government.
He claimed he confessed to being a kidnapper under duress, because he feared that if he did not, the police would take his life.
He also told the court that he was a businessman who specialised in Horlicks and ornaments. While adding that he didn't know the other five suspects in court for same crime.
Going by the report, the case was adjourned until 5th of November, 2021.
