According to details provided, the school authorities had first suspended the student for insulting the governor. Some days later, they went ahead to expel him from the institution.
Inibehe Effiong revealed this through his Twitter handle some minutes ago.
"This is what Akwa Ibom State University has done to a final year engineering student over a purported Facebook comment which they claim was abusive of @MrUdomEmmanuel, the governor. Udom Emmanuel is a PDP governor. But they want us to believe that they are different from the APC", Inibehe Effiong said.
See the later he wrote to the University Authority today demanding for the student to be reinstated and also compensated for a breach of his fundamental right, emotional distress and psychological torture.
