The EndSARS memorial protest has caught the attention of many Nigerian youths as well as celebrities and despite the heavy security presence at protest locations, people still came out for the protest.


A Nigerian activist has reacted to the EndSARS memorial protest that happened today, October 20, 2021. The activist who is known as Reno Omokri said that between October 20, 2020 and today, what has changed? The activist said that the popular social media platform, Twitter, was banned in Nigeria due to its connection with the protest that took place in 2020.

He also talked about how cryptocurrency was banned in Nigeria. Despite all what has happened, Reno Omokri said that nothing has changed. He said: "Between October 20, 2020 and today, what has changed? Nothing has changed".
