The eyes are very delicate and that is why everyone needs to prioritize their health.By protecting your eyes, you will reduce the odds of blindness and vision loss while also staying on top of any developing eye diseases such as cataracts and glaucoma. Other diseases that can affect the eyes include; refractive errors, clouded lenses, optic nerve disorders, retinal disorders, macular degeneration, etc.

3. Leafy vegetables

4. Egg

Eggs are among the great foods that are healthy for eye health. The yolks contain vitamin A, lutein, zeaxanthin, and zinc, which are all significant to eye health. Vitamin A

5. Tomatoes
